# Vela Brand Kit: Logos, Badges, Slides and Guidelines

## The wordmark and the mark
White for dark grounds, black for light ones, lit where Vela is the only light in the frame. SVG for anything that scales, PNG for everything else.

## Three candles, one light
The mark is the Morning Star, the reversal: a long candle down, a small star that gaps below it, a long candle back up. The bodies become the arms, and the star carries the light. It is drawn in the LuxAlgo delta’s grammar: the same 60° angles and the same band.
## Partner × Vela
For brokers, prop firms, partners and developers who put Vela beside their own name.
- Your logo stands as tall as Vela’s capital V.
- A thin ×, with one star height (S) of space on either side.
- Clear space of S all round the lockup.
- Your logo on the left, Vela on the right, on one baseline.

### The rules

The intro: the star ignites, light climbs the arms, and the mark settles into the wordmark: 6.5 seconds to open a video or a talk. The canvas is near-black, so over dark footage a Screen blend keeps only the light.

## Slides, ready to present
A title, a Powered by Vela partner slide and a close. 16:9, editable, with the rules in the speaker notes. Set in Aeonik; without it, any clean sans.

## Colour and type
Ink and a near-black canvas carry everything. One rule: only the star is lit.
- The light, core to rim, the star only: #FFFFFF, #FFF3D6, #FFC060, #FF8A1A
- Canvas, centre: #0B0C0E
- Canvas, edge: #030304
- Ink on dark: #F3F1EC
- Ink on light: #0A0A0B
- Type: Aeonik sets every Vela surface. The wordmark’s “ela” is Aeonik Bold, whose stem matches the mark’s band at cap height. Without Aeonik, write Vela in your own typeface and use the wordmark files for the logo. Never redraw it.
## Keep it whole
Never recolour the arms, add a flame or light anything but the star. Give the mark room and a calm ground. Don’t stretch it, set it too small, or place it on a busy background.
- Clear space: one star height (S) on every side, for the mark, the wordmark and every lockup.
- Minimum size: 16 px tall at the least. Below 48 px use the favicon art, where the star is one flat warm colour and stays crisp.
